Using the baggage delivery service "TEBURA-KUN," you can send your luggage to the airport or hotel. Book here
If you drop off your luggage by 11 AM in Osaka, Kyoto, or Kobe, it will be delivered by 7 PM the same day.
In Tokyo, Chiba, and Saitama, if you drop off your luggage by 11 AM, it will be delivered by 3 PM the following day.
However, luggage cannot be sent to hotels that are not registered with "TEBURA-KUN."

② Items that emit magnetic fields or affect other stored items
③ Hazardous items such as volatile, toxic, or explosive substances (e.g., kerosene, gasoline, gas canisters, matches, lighters, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, paints, firearms, pesticides, explosives, narcotics, scientific chemicals, radioactive materials, etc.)
④ Living organisms, frozen items, refrigerated items, fresh produce, plants (including flowers, seeds, and seedlings), animals, items that leak or are prone to decay
⑤ Human remains, memorial tablets, or ashes
⑥ Liquids, items with strong odors or potential to produce odors
⑦ Pharmaceuticals and medical samples
⑧ Waste materials
⑨ Items that violate public morals (e.g., narcotics, dangerous drugs, firearms, weapons, swords, ammunition, and their parts, parts of model guns, and items prohibited by law)
⑩ Ships (including yachts, motorboats, jet skis, boats, and canoes), aircraft, automobiles, motorcycles, snowmobiles, go-karts, and their accessories
⑪ Dentures, prosthetics, contact lenses, eyeglasses, and similar items, drafts, designs, blueprints, certificates, ledgers, and similar items
⑫ Tickets (e.g., railway, ship, and airline tickets, accommodation tickets, sightseeing tickets, and travel tickets)
Other items that our company or the drop-off location deems inappropriate may also be rejected, even if they are not listed here.
Additionally, there is a weight limit of 20 kg for the luggage.
The store may check your luggage for prohibited items upon drop-off. Please note that if an issue arises and luggage containing prohibited items is discovered, the customer will be fully responsible for compensation and damage claims.
If you drop off any prohibited items and an issue occurs, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Laptops, notebooks, tablets, and other electronic devices are not prohibited, but if treated as valuables, they cannot be stored. Please be aware of this.

Large items such as:
- Musical instruments (e.g., guitars, effect cases)
- Sports equipment (e.g., golf bags, snowboards, skis)
- Road bikes in a bike bag
If the item is something you can carry by yourself, it can be stored at the suitcase price.
However, we cannot accept large or heavy items (e.g., furniture) that cannot be carried by a single person (weight limit: 20 kg).
Also, depending on the storage space and operational conditions at the store, we may not be able to store items, regardless of their size or weight.
If you plan to store very large or special items, please confirm with the staff at the counter in advance.

Luggage stored with us is covered by insurance from Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., which compensates up to 100,000 yen (market value) per item.
In case of loss, damage, or theft of your luggage, insurance will apply after an evaluation by the insurance company.

When we store your luggage, we will issue a receipt with the "reservation ID" and "number of items." Please make sure to confirm the "number of items" and "pickup date" at that time.
This receipt serves as proof of storage and will be shared between the store and the customer. You will need to show this receipt to pick up your luggage.
No third party will be able to pick up your luggage.
Also, all luggage stored with us is covered by insurance.
If your luggage is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will be compensated up to 100,000 yen (after evaluation, market value for used items).
Please note that valuables cannot be stored.

Please show the receipt you received when you dropped off your luggage. If the luggage has not been moved to a different storage location, it may be possible to retrieve it.
However, if you made a reservation for multiple days, for security reasons, your luggage may have been moved to a different warehouse, and retrieval during the storage period will not be possible. Please understand this in advance.
